7-storey premium class residential house is built in the heart of the Petrograd side in a quiet and cozy area that is rich of architectural monuments. The house is equipped with modern systems of water purification, firefighting and smoke removal systems. Noiseless elevators KONE (rise from the garage level), cable TV, Internet line. Underground parking for 46 cars.
Considering the saturation of engineering systems in the complex, automation and alignment of algorithms for this work demanded from our engineers a great technical outlook and knowledge of the automated systems: general ventilation, smoke removal ventilation, plumbing and sewage systems. To automate the ventilation systems we used control cabinets “Remak”, well-established for simple installation and configuration solution. For gas analysis systems and smoke removal ventilation systems we used cabinets of our manufacture. The need for the appearance of the site development and manufacture of control cabinets for our needs, has allowed our organization to improve automation of engineering systems and the adaptability of the required algorithms of equipment work for a specific project. At this moment, the entire panelboard products which will be used in the assembly are being developed and manufactured on our own. Thanks to the gained experience in assembly of the cabinets, preference is given to the Siemens controllers and electrical products of ABB and Merlin Gerin.
