One of the main activities of LLC "Omega-Stroy" is the production of planning works on internal engineering networks of buildings. Over the years our organization has completed the planning works for more than fifty sites for various purposes on the total area of more than 500 000 sq.m.

There were implemented projects of gas fire suppression of archives, water firefighting system for the facilities, automatic fire alarms, automatic firefighting system, internal telephone network, local area networks, CCTV, security alarm systems, access control systems, dispatch systems. Applied the latest at the time of the work equipment, including GST-system, previously not used in Russia, harmonized complex of systems for providing work algorithms in different modes.

We are making planning on systems of automation of engineering systems and firefighting system for parking, parking area is more than 70 000 sq.m. The particular complication is in automation of ventilation system which provides ventilation control and displays whole system and its elements status on the dispatcher position, where the server with the ARM controller is located. In accordance with the requirements of the customer we used web controlled system “scada” which is based on “Kontarev” controllers produced by the thermal automatics factory of Moscow. All panel-board products are not typical and designed individually. To connect the ventilation systems the technology of 100 Mbps Ethernet, a fiber optic ring “TokenRing”, is used.

n 2008 LLC «OmegaStroy» produced a complex planning work on all engineering networks of the shopping and entertainment centre with the area of 12 000 sq.m. in Novgorod. The complexity of the object was in need to adapt the former industrial facility into a modern multifunctional complex that would have no analogue in Novgorod. Client and architect's committee had imposed tough restrictions on the location of technical facilities, equipment location and the ceiling height. Considering this, it was necessary to have a influx-and-extract equipment above the ceiling structure, combining it with the other networks and to make additional arrangements for the absorption of noise because of their high noise level. All of the tasks have been solved.
